This 4½ hour boat excursion brings you aboard one of their custom-built catamarans on a journey to Ketchikan’s crown jewel, the Misty Fjords National Monument. Here, you’ll be surrounded by the lush greenery of our temperate rainforest and the steep granite cliffs of the glacially carved fjords, jutting straight up out of water and cloaked in mist. Rainfed waterfalls glisten against the rocks, forming rivulets down the craggy cracks into the sea, and an assortment of wildlife—such as mountain goats, bear, deer, seals, sea lions, Dall’s porpoise, and orca whales—can be spotted both on the surrounding land and the water beneath you.
