HOW WE FISH FOR

Salmon

Depending on the species and time of year, we use a variety of proven techniques to target salmon.

  • Trolling: Covering more ground with downriggers and bait like hoochies, spoons, or cut plugs. This is our primary method for salmon.
  • Mooching: A hands-on method using cut herring on a spinning reel — ideal for King and Silver Salmon, we occasionally utilize this technique.

Our experienced guides match each trip to the season, tides, and the preferences of your group.
